DanceScape invites authors, writers or dance enthusiasts to submit articles and news reports to our worldwide members.  If you have a passion for dance, enjoy writing and sharing views and news, please register to become a contributing author on Dancescape eZine, the global news center for dance.

Please find below general guidelines...

Article Submission Guidelines
"New Bulletins" should be short and concise, maximum 250 words.  "Feature Length Articles" or "Interviews" can be any length; however, summary captions should not exceed 350 words.  Photos can be uploaded directly into the Author system.  Authors and contributors are welcomed to submit articles as frequently as they like, whether weekly, monthly, or quarterly.  Please note that DanceScape reserves the right at any time to edit submissions. 

Press Releases
Press releases or commercial-oriented announcements may be submitted directly to editor@dancescape.com for consideration. 

Article Categories
Articles topics can be classified in any of the standard categories listed on the left menu.  If you would like to suggest new categories, please email editor@dancescape.com.  

Caption Photo
Caption or summary photos on the main page should be exactly "100 pixels x 100 pixels".  You can upload directly in the system when you submit your article.  Article photos can be any size that fits aesthetically within the article pages but the maximum size should be 200 pixels wide.

Author Photo
Author photo should be exactly "50 pixels x 50 pixels" in JPG or GIF format.  You can upload directly in your profile section, or email editor@dancescape.com to assist in formatting.

Author Promotional Opportunities
Contributing authors may include promotional/commercial messages and external reference links in their "Biographical" information.  Dance studios, professionals and event promoters may also add their listings to the Global Dance Calendar as well as Global Dance Directory.  Authors may also submit requests to have their news included in the DanceScape eZine lite newsflash to DanceScape subscribing members.
